Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented Tidio for its live chat and automated chatbot functionality. There are a few minor limitations with the service, but it is overall a stellar software that helped us reach more clients and leads where they are on our site. The page-specific targeting via chatbots is a great differentiator.

Unable to ban visitors by site referrer (spam sites)
Chatbot conditional logic could be a bit simpler/cleaner
Occasional issues with the desktop app (in browser never gives us trouble though)

Very intuitive interface and management.
Scalable plans that don't require me to purchase features I don't need.
Super simple chat bot administration.

Cons

A built in call tracking module would be great.

Captured leads that might have fallen through the cracks.
Free account provides plenty of basic features, so the ROI is 100%.
