My only minor complaint is that in the last update, they removed the feature on the main dashboard where I can see how many calls and emails I've done separately and in real-time. I can now only see how many tasks and suggested actions or goals for the day. But this is only a small thing. Salesloft helps me by staying organised and keeps me from dropping the ball.
Pros
- It is easy to set up a cadence or a sequence for each group of leads.
- Calls and emails are organised and automated which helps me save time.
- Helps me follow through and help me not to forget tasks.
Cons
- Bring the real-time number of calls and emails made for the day from the dashboard. It helps me motivate to do more.
- Create an option to reschedule the remaining tasks on a cadence for a different time separately. Let say just Cadence1 will reschedule and Cadence2 will remain active.
