What is ZeroBounce?

ZeroBounce is an email list validator that removes all invalid email addresses to prevent bounces and preserve the sender's reputation.

ZeroBounce's Executive Overview report that shows:
-Top Domains : This shows the top 10 domains found in an email list and breaks it down by percentages, giving a better picture of the different domains in the database for planning.
-Validation Results: provides the overall statistics of the different email validation results of the entire file, showing how many emails in thelist were valid, invalid, spam traps, catch-all, unknown or abuse (complainers).
-Data Appends: This shows how successful ZeroBounce was in appending additional data to the email list. For some contacts, the email checker will add the subscriber’s first and last name, gender, location and age of the email address.
-IP Location Data Appends: If uploading the IP addresses along with emails, the report will show the demographics by top countries and top regions/states.

Email deliverability testing: The mail server tester can be used to check configurations. The inbox placement tester shows where emails will land. The inbox tester shows if the email could land in spam to fix it ahead of time.

IP and domain blacklisting: ZeroBounce can be used to monitor an IP and domain to make sure they never end up on an email blacklist, running hundreds of daily tests to keep users updated, and making it easier to get delisted.

ZeroBounce is probably one of the best email verification tools that I have used. They have so many different features and I have never taken, I have never gotten bounced emails from one of their lists and I absolutely love it. So if you can sit and sign up for ZeroBounce, I totally would.

We use ZeroBounce as a second set of eyes when doing regular data hygiene checks. Out marketing automation system and CRM only have so much space, so we regularly purge contacts from these systems if they are determined to be unreachable (for marketing) or unqualified (for sales). Before deleting them entirely, we will run them through ZeroBounce to see if they are truly unreachable or if we should try sending them another email.

We use ZeroBounce to validate email IDs of our target prospects. The business problem the product addresses is weeding out bad contacts/bad emails from our outreach emails which improves deliverability, reduces bounce rate. Additionally we then check for new companies for those prospects and update email IDs accordingly. Scope of use case is limited to marketing and sales emails.
