We are generally not using Xactly Incent for the territory and quota management. We are utilizing the system for forecasting as it is easy to pull data from the system and manipulate past results to project updated payouts with updated plans. Xactly Incent also has the functionality to add in projections based off of new plans.

By checking the up to date dashboards in Xactly Incent the sales reps and their managers know exactly how they perform against the targets/budgets and they can plan specific strategies to help them achieve their quotas.
