Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®
It is the software we use in my company for commissions. There we can have visibility of the deals we closed, the commission attached to each deal, and visbility of our quoted split by quarter.
Pros
- Visibility of all the commissions. Per quarter and per opportunity
- Visibility of how much we've achieved in % and amount of our annual quota.
- Visibility of our quota overlay, based on the uplifts we've made
Cons
- The way they organize the detailed information of each opp.
- The filters they use to search for an opp.
- It could include more details about your profile and how you calculate the commissions.
- It serves as motivation to know how I'm doing with the quota.
- It gives structure and numbers to the work we do
- It helps to create the AOP for the following year.
