Lead generation for our sales team and account managers. Finding potential (and current) customers visiting our websites and proactively reaching out to existing contacts within those companies or using LinkedIn to locate more viable points of contacts or alternatives. I think for lead generation specifically this tool is very useful in allowing teams to unlock potential leads that might have otherwise been missed by the user not completing a contact form. This also provides warm insights on current or potential customers visiting our websites, possibly opening a door that allows our team to proactively reach out to them to touch base.
