We use it to scrape data from the visitors on our website and reach out to those people.
Pros
Gathers a lot of valuable information for us to use.
Has a robust dashboard with lots of settings to get it perfect for our needs.
Has an awesome and responsive team for support.
Cons
I don't have any areas they could improve. They've helped us with anything we need to tweak and do everything very well.

I think it's well-suited for any business who has time to be reaching out more leads, rather than the ones already reaching out. Or anyone who just wants to increase their sales and has website traffic. Or anyone who wants to fine tune their target market. E.g. they think their target market may fall into a certain criteria but the people on their site could be a different audience. Maybe that would tell them that they need to adjust their marketing or their website.
We use Lead Forensics for warm leads for our Business Development Team. We are in a very highly competitive field so we were looking for a way to assist our team. We were very happy with the results we have received and the implementations that Patrick and Tyler put into place for us.
Pros
Listening to the customer and adjusting to their needs.
Having a well trained staff based off a companies needs.
Responds to our questions and requests very quickly and our account manager Patrick is the best I have dealt with in a long time with a vendor.
Cons
Intake for new clients could be a little smoother.
Better onboard training.

Reports. We have dozens of reports/lists set-up to filter the visitor information so I can more quickly access the data I need to make informed decisions and report that data to upper management.
I also want to add that the migration of new employees and the learning of Lead Forensics is superbly accomplished by your wonderful customer success managers. Thank you [...] for your knowledge and patience.
We use Lead Forensics to see which organizations are looking into our products and services, and provide these target prospects for our sales team to reach out to. Knowing that these companies have been researching what we offer increases the likelihood that they will take a call from our sales people, and ultimately turn into a real lead or opportunity.

Allows our sales team to reach out to the right organizations at the right time

Great for Canadian companies that have an inside sales or business development team. Harder for businesses that don't have those resources, as it is a bit time consuming to find the appropriate contact and call them. In Canada due to CASL we can't just add them to an email campaign.

Due to the traditionally long sales cycles of B2B, Lead Forensics is particularly well suited for businesses that need a certain degree of visibility over how the appetite of potential opportunities is evolving over time. It's essentially a "thermostat" of the evolution of the relationship sales is establishing with opportunities.

We currently use Lead Forensics to track who has been on our website, what pages they have been looking at and also the time spent on the website. This then helps our sales team on who to prospect to, the only challenge is finding out who has been on the website from the organisation. We tend to use LinkedIn to send connections and sending messages which has been working well for us. It also helps knowing what pages they have been viewing so we can target them with the correct promotional material.
Pros
Website Traffic
Easy to use
Good Support
Cons
More data on potential clients
Integration with CRM could be better

We use it to de-anonymise the visitors to our website. The company names that aren't our current customers, we would then use our credits to find the right stakeholder for us to then feed into our prospect funnel.
Pros
De-anonymise website visitors
Provides clean contacts
Customer service
Cons
Month-long dashboard views (current max. is 14 days)
Ability to edit filter names

For us, the system has done really well in identifying 70% of our website traffic. The ability to filter the visitor list has been great in ensuring that we don't fall into analysis paralysis with the number of companies that have been seen to visit our site!
The interface could do with a bit of updating, but everything is fairly intuitive regardless.
Also, in my personal experience, it seems like Lead Forensics has listened to user reviews and drastically improved their customer service. My Customer Success Manager, [...], is an absolute gem. He's super friendly and has been very supportive in getting me up to speed with the system since picking up our account.

We use Lead Forensics to notify us of website traffic so we can follow up with that company. I have successfully started new business due to Lead Forensics' notifications--great tool to make money! This tool allows you to get a jump on your prospects, since you can see what they are looking for before reaching out to them. This gives you a great advantage when starting the conversation and allows you to offer your assistance in finding the best product for the customers' needs. I use Lead Forensics daily to improve my profit margins and to offer excellent customer service to my current customers as well. I recommend using Lead Forensic at your business to give you the advantage above your competition! Five stars!
Pros
It gives you valid leads that have been on your website looking for your products
The information is always accurate and detailed about their visit
It notifies you when the customer is looking for help or products, so you know when to reach out to them
Cons
I would like possibly more detail on who was on our website exactly
I would like a department listed

I have used Lead Forensics for over three years now; it helps me to reach my weekly sales goals. I like that I can get detailed information on the company that visited our site and what they looked at. It gives me the advantage when I know a customer is shopping. I can reach out to make a sale. In sales, timing is everything. Lead Forensics is a great tool to increase profit for your company!
We signed up with Lead Forensics with the promise of identifying leads from visitors on our website. While this is true, it's a fraction of our visitors for one thing, and the information they supply is no better than a simple Google search. Not to mention since there is zero personal detail about who visited the site, if it's any degree of sizable organization it's entirely useless since you have to go through the entire cold process anyway.
Pros
Selling you the tool
Cons
Over-promising and under-delivering
High pressure sales tactics
Locked-in contracts at an extremely high price for the "value"
Horrible customer service
Likelihood to Recommend
I don't believe most people will get value out of the product. Even with a massive team and budget the data that you get from Lead Forensics is sub-par at best and provides nothing actionable.
We use Lead Forensics to track visitors on our website. It captures information of visitors if available and we can contact them by finding them in our database. We also can see when clients are on the site, and I get a report as they are on it in real time so my sales team can reach out to them and see what they need.
Pros
The information is detailed & you get a lot of it
Tagging of people on the site, makes it easy to search and report
Pages viewed- this helps you see where they spend the most time and gives you a reason to follow up
Cons
Tracking, it doesn't track every visitor and sometimes our numbers don't match our visitor count
The real time notifications, I wish on the interface you can see if they are currently on the site in live time
Accuracy, sometimes I think the business may be different then what it says. You can let them know but the time I did they said it was right
Likelihood to Recommend
It is a costly solution but well worth the money because of the details and information. We used others in the past but switched because it links with WIX. Sometimes I feel as if it is not capturing all our web traffic simply because it doesn't even track when our business is using it. It is good for some leads but I think there can be more it is missing.
