Email signature management in my company is carried out centrally thanks to Exclaimer Cloud. Any changes (large or small) that we need to make to signatures are carried out very simply and efficiently. Exclaimer solves the problem of end users being able to touch their signature and make changes to it.

We use Exclaimer to sync multiple signatures across large organisations with advertising material consistently changing. We have it synced and setup with both Active Directory and Office365 environments that are effective in injecting attribute data into the signature templates required. The organisations it is used on are between 200-1000 seats across 15-25 locations.
