We use Exclaimer to manage our email signatures. It allows us to maintain brand consistency. We are beginning to use it as part of a larger marketing strategy. They recently released a Hubspot integration that we want to test as part of an ABM strategy.

Pros

Maintains brand consistency.
Eliminates need of IT to update signatures.

Cons

The UI is a bit kludgy and sometimes difficult for new users.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well-suited when new team members join the company, and we need to set them up with an email signature easily. However, it is less appropriate when trying to launch complex marketing strategies.

Exclaimer allows us to manage our signatures centrally. This allows us to give one person the task to maintain those. Creating efficiency and allows us to be uniform to our customers. Because of the connection with Microsoft365 if someone hasn't setup the signature right in Outlook it will still be applied. It also allows us to be more involved with things like holidays. Its now way easier to deploy say like a Christmas signature for everybody in the company.

In short: We wanted uniform signatures with easy management to professionalize our business and create efficiency. Exclaimer allows you to do that and even more!

We use Exlamimer Cloud for all internal and external emails in our business. We focus signatures on holidays, upcoming events, and customer success. This helps us keep our email signatures looking fresh and updated, as we are always pushing relevant information to our customers and prospects. It is also good that we can edit different signatures based on employees and job roles in the business, meaning they align with our marketing goals.

For a company where brand consistency is crucial. Exclaimer Cloud ensures all outgoing signatures are uniform. It is also great for customer success. If you are trying to capture customer feedback, it includes a tool that captures customer satisfaction and even provides an analytics section. On the other hand, some organizations have unique email routing requirements that could conflict with Exclaimer’s routing through its cloud service, potentially affecting deliverability or causing delays.

We use Exclaimer to ensure company signatures are consistent across the company, have a modern look and feel, and also highlight the extent of our product and services offering, including links to each of our key categories on our websites. In addition to that we've incorporated the customer thermometer to recognize employees who are providing exceptional service and also to be able to jump in an escalate issues as needed. From a marketing standpoint, Exclaimer's campaigns provide a great way to highlight a new product, service, or upcoming event as well as to educate customers about products and services that they're not currently purchasing in order to upsell/cross-sell.

Exclaimer's campaign management and scheduling is easy to utilize.

Cons

Exclaimer's campaign rotation feature is not under campaigns and could be more intuitively placed within the platform.
It would be helpful if they had an infographic to guide not IT but everyday users through initial set up and use. They do have great videos, but the impatient people need an infographic.
Exclaimer's language in the platform can be a little clunky. It might be good to have it reviewed by Americans and Brits and try and find a happy medium that is relatively intuitive for both.

I've had a great experience with Exclaimer to date. There's always a learning curve with anything new that you implement but this went incredibly well and looks really professional. My account rep has been super helpful when I've had questions as well as Tech Support. The only area of improvement that I can think of is the Customer Thermometer which I understand is 3rd party. It's not helpful when people leave anonymous ratings or when they don't leave a comment. We don't know what went well or what went wrong and who to contact to fix the issue. If we could require a name and a comment, that aspect would be much more valuable.

We use Exclaimer to handle multiple signature block requirements across different business units and geographical locations. We also use the platform to provide uniform branding and marketing to all employees for a consistent look and feel based on approved content and images but also job titles, descriptions and roles within the business.

Pros

Integration with cloud identity platforms such as Azure AD Entra
Completely SaaS solution so no software to install or manage
Highly flexible templates and configuration options

Cons

Upskilling the template and HTML editor for non-technical users can be challenging in the beginning but there is lots of information on the website.
When running both SaaS and on-premise (for Exchange On-Premise) can lead to double handling signature templates and configuration in both places and overhead.
Occasionally when Exclaimer has an outage or degradation of service, this can impact the mail delivery as it sits between mail sending and reaching O365

Exclaimer is excellent at handling complex branding or user requirements to meet the needs of the business or marketing department. They offer a high degree of customisation to tailor the right email signature branding based on your specific needs. Signature are also deployed in near real-time, so as soon as a change is made, it will start appearing on outbound emails going to our clients and external contacts.

We have many remote or even international users, so devices are not static and are often in different locations, making it difficult to access them directly. With a small IT team, there isn’t enough time to manage signatures on a large scale. Additionally, frequent modifications to signatures are required to meet changing business needs.
