i use Bigin by Zoho CRM with all my other tools on zoho, which are books, desk, sign and forms!! it has been a game changer, the prices are decent and tons of features

As the salesperson for a small, service-based business, I love that Bigin offers a free version with most of the features I need to have--contacts and companies, sure, but also pipelines, forms, and activities. I can schedule needed follow up, which is huge to stay on track so no leads fall through the cracks.

  • needs more follow up and reminder automations in free version

I have started using Bigin by Zoho CRM to automate sales process for my insurance agency, and have been pleased with its functionalities and advanced features to create processes that include marketing drip campaigns using SMS and email, automatic follow up tasks, and others. Such processes include checking and verifying for proper tags such as SMS authorization, language preference, email opt it, etc. It also has an open API for more advanced automation and integration. Currently using it along with RingCentral for phone, and considering switching from Zapier to Zoho Flow for the automation process.

  • X-Date if quote not sold.

Cons

  • User interface directly from the application for API token authorization
  • Two way integration with SMS platform for those not using WhatsApp

  • Still testing the total cost. So far seems it will be a great investment

Bigin has been so easy for us to set up and immediately start using as our CRM. We were able to easily import our exisitng contacts from the various different places where our records were stored, and combine them in one place with details like tags and effective categorisation to keep them organised.

We were able to follow up effectively with some existing leads, and have already started to move deals down our pipeline.

I cannot recommend Bigin highly enough - it is an ideal mix of customisability and ease of use.

We use Bigin CRM for desktop as well as mobile use. Our leads were scattered and managing on excel was very tough. Bigin helps us Solve this issue to a great extent. We are able to classify contacts / leads for offline channels, online channels as well as websites. It has systematised our whole sales function in the organisation.
