Great CRM for Insurance

I have started using Bigin by Zoho CRM to automate sales process for my insurance agency, and have been pleased with its functionalities and advanced features to create processes that include marketing drip campaigns using SMS and email, automatic follow up tasks, and others. Such processes include checking and verifying for proper tags such as SMS authorization, language preference, email opt it, etc. It also has an open API for more advanced automation and integration. Currently using it along with RingCentral for phone, and considering switching from Zapier to Zoho Flow for the automation process.

Cons

  • User interface directly from the application for API token authorization
  • Two way integration with SMS platform for those not using WhatsApp

Bigin has been so easy for us to set up and immediately start using as our CRM. We were able to easily import our exisitng contacts from the various different places where our records were stored, and combine them in one place with details like tags and effective categorisation to keep them organised.
We were able to follow up effectively with some existing leads, and have already started to move deals down our pipeline.

I cannot recommend Bigin highly enough - it is an ideal mix of customisability and ease of use.

An application that offers you simplicity in use and does not burden you with useless functions or buttons but at the same time gives you the flexibility you need. It is much more user-friendly than HubSpot and the technical support is at an excellent level. We use it throughout the company including sales, marketing and administration

The software is extremely easy to understand and syncs well with our microsoft suite. Its a much needed upgrade from managing excel files, to keeping a systemised tracking for our clients and our promises. Recommened for all small businesses looking for a good software at a right price. Nothing better is there out there without the hassle of maintenance.
