Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I have started using Bigin by Zoho CRM to automate sales process for my insurance agency, and have been pleased with its functionalities and advanced features to create processes that include marketing drip campaigns using SMS and email, automatic follow up tasks, and others. Such processes include checking and verifying for proper tags such as SMS authorization, language preference, email opt it, etc. It also has an open API for more advanced automation and integration. Currently using it along with RingCentral for phone, and considering switching from Zapier to Zoho Flow for the automation process.
