Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company utilizes Rippling for all of our payroll, time off requests and HR needs. We are a start up that is growing at astronomical levels and this has helped us stay in tune with making these requests much easier for our employees.

Pros

  • The UX is VERY user friendly!
  • They also support iOS which is great to complete tasks when on the go!
  • The process to input info or see payroll documents is very streamlined and efficient!

Cons

  • Personally, I love Rippling and there are no areas that I see necessarily need improvements.
  • We also use it for our healthcare benefits and it works flawlessly!
  • It has allowed me to make better decisions on electing health care plans and keeping me well informed of the best option for me.
  • It has allowed me to better track my income and even plan for expenses in my life!
I once contacted their support as I was unable to get into my account and they were able to get back to me in less than 5 minutes. I thought this was very prompt timing and really appreciated their help. They also are always sending updates via email about new improvements or reminders on items I have yet completed.

The UX interface is just amazing! Most HR softwares are very confusing and not user friendly. Rippling also has a mobile app which I truly enjoy and is where I use it the most.
Rippling is well equipped with everything I need to be successful with keeping track of all my health care benefits, payroll documents and time off requests.
