Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Simplifying processes and consolidating several platforms into one. In my daily use of Rippling, I have found it to be very easy to use - both on my desktop and also on my mobile device. The expense reporting is simple and straight-forward. Helps me keep my mind and focus on the work and not on the processes.

  • I'd like to see some of the action buttons be located not at the bottom of the screen.
  • Brings more transparency to the organization and its team members
  • Simplifies processes so that time is better spent on important matters
  • Clarifies priorities and measures what matters to the organization
Overall, Rippling's user interface is much simpler and easier to use compared to the clunkiness of ADP and reporting. Expense reporting through Rippling is far superior than ADP and other programs I have used in the past. The communication and reminders built into Rippling ensures that there are no expenses that are charged by mistake.

Overall it is very easy to use on a daily basis. I have not used it in areas of hiring and curating information to develop processes. However, from what I hear from HR, they are quite satisfied. It makes sense as you get a feel for the approach developers make in design and implementation. Areas that I wish could be improved are some of the menus can be confusing at first glance. But, once you find your rhythm it is easy.
Great for an organization that wants to have simplicity and reduce paperwork. If your team is relatively adaptable to new systems, then this is easy to learn and implement. It reduces unnecessary costs of personnel if your team is able to learn online and process things digitally. Overall, we have been very happy as an organization with Rippling!
