Currently our main number to our company rings in on the Webex app, which we run on iPhones. We also use the Webex Calling app on our telepresence devices, on computer. So it allows us to be mobile as we travel. We can get all those business calls.
Pros
I have the collaboration. It allows us to see our meetings, place calls, as well as receive our voicemail. And we can also communicate with other team members with the chat feature.
Cons
I don't have any at this time.

I think it's well suited for SMBs where they may not want to purchase hard phones. It gives customers the option to download the soft phone on their computers or business issued cell phones.
It provides our business with a single platform to make traditional calls and at the same time take advantage of the slick collaboration space for our employees and customers to work in. We have been using Webex calling for the last 3 years and have had no issues. Excellent Service and product!
Pros
It's a flexible service and the deployment for us was no brainer.
It provides us with security and encryption required for our organisation.
Just an excellent Unified comms platform.
Cons
We don't' have any issues as a user or customer.

Webex calling complements a business that already uses Webex. It can be a significant investment for a new customer, as there are more affordable options available.
Works great; we sell Webex Calling and the entire Webex Suite. We recommend it to businesses of similar sizes whose employees work remotely, as having no on-site presence works for us because we are a small company. For large companies, we recommend UCM Calling with the Webex app, as they typically require 100% reliability.
Pros
Calls
Audio
Internet is the only requirement.
Cons
Local redundancy.
API Control.
HuntGroups-MoreShared lines (limited to 30 devices currently).
Likelihood to Recommend
Big businesses that need redundancy (no internet dependency).

We've used Cisco Webex Calling in our company many times. Especially for meetings or after work hour courses. I mean...compared to the other various streaming conference platforms out there, in my opinion, Cisco Webex Calling is one of the worst. This left me shocked as I know Cisco is well known for many well-functioning products and programs, however I feel like they didn't really put in much work when it comes to Webex Calling. I think they're very behind compared to others and are missing quite a few functionalities that could be useful. Not to mention, it uses up a lot of the PC's resources.
Pros
call
remote access
video
Cons
AI features
reduce resource consumption

We used Webex Calling for quite a while especially for after work courses online. Honestly I would've preferred other platforms that we normally use because I'm more used to them and I know how they work. We don't regularly use Webex Calling for internal meetings etc because it's not really our go-to.

We use Webex Calling calling to communicate internally and have daily meetings. It is fast, reliable, and easy to use, and we enjoy using it compared to our competitors. We can also use Webex Calling to communicate externally with our clients. The online meetings are strong in connection and simple to use for our clients.
Pros
Messaging
Meetings
Sharing documents
Cons
Onboarding
Presentations

We use Webex Calling to have internal daily and weekly meetings. It is easy for members to call in and present (for the most part). We can also communicate with external clients and use Webex Calling to have them join a face-to-face meeting to discuss their unique needs. We have been very happy with the product.
WebEx Calling is an all-in-one VoIP solution that takes care of all of our incoming calls. It also handles internal calling, extensions. It adds the ability to handle calls via a cell phone application, desktop application, or physical phone. Incoming calls are presented with a greeting and options, or they can dial the extension they are looking to reach. They can also dial by name or perform directory lookups.
Pros
Significant uptime; no outages or disruptions
Call Routing
Analytics
Cons
Complexity in adding extensions, devices; almost always need to utilize a CSV to add extensions.
Support (TAC team) sometimes does not know their product
Support for more phones - Cisco WebEx calling only supports Cisco devices for desk phones.
Likelihood to Recommend
WebEx Calling is well suited for SMBs and potentially enterprises. The unlimited reign you have in adding extensions, ring groups, call queues, greetings (IVRs) is substantial. For our small business, we integrated it and there were many features available which we never utilized.
However, if you are a very small business with only 10 or less extensions, adding in a complex system such as this is not really necessary as there are a lot of moving parts - the Cisco portion, and then adding phone lines from a different provider can be quite complex and a lot can go wrong. Cisco also makes it fairly difficult to add extensions, devices, and users, and there is a lot of room for error during and after the process. Licensing needs to be purchased from a third-party vendor or MSP and not Cisco directly.

Webex Calling is a trusted and proven cloud calling software and is very useful as well. It delivers enterprise level calling solutions that can easily replace PBX network. It is the best for team meetings as it can allow up to 100 members in a call. Meeting can also be recorded and transcripts can also be taken out using Webex calling
Pros
Team Meetings
Meeting recording feature
Transcript Generation
Cons
The iOS version of Webex has a lot to improve
The UI can be made smoother
It requires a stable bandwidth to ensure a proper call and hence consumes a lot of data

I have used Webex calling to hold tutorial classes for trainees and also done orientation for interns. It can allow up to 100 participants in a call which helps a lot. I have also used it for Team meetings. It is easily one of the best calling solutions available on the market.
The company I work for is now fully remote. We have employees across multiple locations in the world, so consistent collaboration is key for the progress of work and communication. Webex provides that for us.
With Webex, we are able to host internal team and individual meetings, presentations and discussions.
We also use Webex for interactions with our clients and potentially customers through webinars which is great.
Pros
Ability to record meetings for future purposes
Background noise cancellation support
Screen sharing and interactive whiteboard
HD videos quality
Call transfer ammd voicemail support
Cons
Better support for low internet connectivity. Webex request a really strong internet connection to work efficiently, this is not possible in a lot of locations.
I do not have any other issues with the application.

My company uses Webex for daily scrum calls, webinars with clients, townhall meetings with the entire company, internal departmental meetings.
I personally use Webex for recording short tutorials, 1:1 meetings with my supervisor, sharing information with colleagues, file sharing and constant communication with other team members.
Webex may not be appropriate if you have unstable connection. It causes lags in video calls, messages may take a while to be delivered, Audi during voice calls lag, it can be frustrating.
I use Webex Calling as a Collaboration tool. I can use this app in order to make calls, send a recieved Webex Meeting and also to connect to other person out of the company by Webex (if he/she has it). Webex Calling also is useful to call people from my PSTN without any issue!
Pros
Call people inside or outside the company
Webex Meeting
Chat and collaborate with other members of the team
Cons
Sharing content is fine however sometimes the share content is a little bit tiny, the zoom option does not appear easily
When you receive and internal call and this person call you with video camera on, this call activate your camera. There is an option to disactivate it but it is not so easy to find it.
When you are in a Webex Meeting sometime is not easy to find the windows chat.
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Calling is well suited on the following scenarios: Share content with your team and others people outside the organization. Making internal and external (PSTN) calls. Schedule Webex meeting with your team and others. Webex Calling is less appropriate for small companies that not need to share or make IP VoIP calls.
Webex in our organizations is utilized for video conference or audio meetings with customers and partners to foster relationships and develop our business. Webex integrates with my email and makes it easy to send meeting invitations to first time contacts or individuals we are regularly meeting with. It has solved the problem of only utilizing phone calls for connecting with customers and creates a much more conjoined effort to meet for both parties.
Pros
Video Calling
Audio Calling
Email Invitation Format
Cons
Provide more features at different price points
Ease of use for beginners
Intricate User Interface
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Calling is suitable if you are having consistent calls or presentations with customers, and you need a straightforward "meeting invite" application. It has features such as background noise removal and background images so if you find yourself in need of more privacy in a meeting it has great features. Webex Calling would not be suitable if you find yourself not speaking to individuals on a daily basis or have another methodology of connecting with your personal team.
