There are other options available to me when I sign on, but those are the ones I interact with regularly. Time and attendance and reporting are the tools I most utilize, and they help me with my own time management and project management.

The time and attendance function is well-suited for accurately capturing my time worked, whether that is by clocking in, entering my time daily, or entering my time at the end of the pay period. I love that there are many options, and I have not had issues with any of them. The reporting function pulls easy-to-understand reports that I then integrate into my project and budget management.

Less Appropriate Scenarios: The mobile app could use some improvements—like adding the Payment Tracker. Right now, I have to switch to a browser or a computer to check payment details, which can be inconvenient when I’m on the go.

Additionally, we use it for processing expense reimbursements and some routine HR-related matters that do not require high-level interaction, such as I-9 verification and processing onboarding and offboarding- including severance matters and other job-related and legally binding settlements.

Payroll processing is excellent, simple, straightforward, and comprehensive. When I need to post an expense reimbursement, I simply need to pull up the next payroll in the queue and select the employee, then click on the reimbursement column, enter the amount, and input the note. This places it in the records to be processed at the next payroll run.

Any HR or Payroll related tasks are incredibly easy using Rippling. In other orgs I've had a ton of questions on how to navigate through all the offerings and tasks, and Rippling is by far way more straightforward. The only thing I wish they offered would be slack and text messages. This may be possible, but I don't have it set up on my end.

Rippling makes it easy to pay employees on time specially for remote employees. Rippling also helps track our work hours for accurate compensations. This tool works well if the company has remote employees who lives in different places in the world. Every time I need to get information regarding policy and rules, i can easily go to my profile to view the documents. Maybe, for healthcare companies, Rippling may not be that suitable unless they add more features related to healthcare businesses.
