I enjoy the fact that all my benefits are in one location. It makes it very simple to access all my information. I also like how easy it is to submit time off requests, as well as being able to track the days I have taken off and have submitted requests for.
I am an employee that uses Rippling for Direct Deposit and Insurance enrollment. We also use Rippling for PTO management. I check my Rippling weekly to see my payroll amount for what I have worked. I also use this application to put in my time off request for accrued PTO.

Rippling is well suited for Direct Deposit and Insurance enrollment. Other than this I have only used Rippling for PTO submissions.
Rippling is used in my organization to show the individual's impact on our company. Whether we are able to see our important onboarding and offer letter information, or we can check on our medical plans at the click of a button, we have the ability to see how we belong in the company as a whole. The ease of rippling helps us navigate our history, position, and upcoming events all in one place.

When we had our first paycheck, I saw how easy it was for me to see each individual tax and accrual on my account and how I can see the estimate for the upcoming weeks. YOu've shown me in the interface how easy and efficient it is to swap between different places and it's all connected

We use Rippling to track hours clocked in, vacation and sick time, tardiness and such. It has helped us reduce the amount of administrative time needed to do so. Our employees all have gotten the hang of the app, and use it to clock in and out every day. The weekly reports are nice too for tracking variances.

This app is ideal for employees paid by the hour. it is nice that is lets you tie hours to a po number, makes tracking true costs much easier. The gps tracking feature ensures people are where they say they are working. good accountability system.
We use Rippling as a Human Resource platform at our company. Rippling allows our employees to do a variety of things including view their paycheck stubs, tax forms, PTO balance, request PTO, and view company policy information and forms. Rippling offers all of these benefits, plus more, in a very user friendly format.

Basd on the fact that Rippling is a user-friendly platform, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We currently use it as a centralized resource for our HR, IT, assets management, expense reporting etc. It connects directly to our accounting software for seamless connectivity. We also use it as our benefit administrator platform. Resource planning and supply chain data accumulation.

Multi contract trade and simplicity. The platform requires a lot to set up work, which when you compare to other platforms like Deel.com or Gusto, you can set it up in a very quick session. The other issue is international payment, it is much easier on Deel. Sending out invites, user experience and over data management is far greater on Rippling.
Currently I do not have any issues Rippling is doing the job I expected it to do. It is simplifying my job as a Director of Purchasing to keep my team on track and track their work hours along with any tasks that I may have assigned them. This is new to me and I am still learning.

We use Rippling in our company to manage all Benefit Management, Scheduling, Reports, etc. It is incredibly easy to use, and the platform has a nice layout of the tasks that you are looking for. The information processes and saves immediately (no waiting period). I find the "Forms" tab very useful to manage start dates, open enrollment dates and any new demographic changes to benefits. We recently had a company come in for IRA's and there is even a tab called "Additional Insurance Information" that you are able to store the names of your selected stocks and bonds so that you can easily go back to it next year when you want to compare how the plans performed. We could not be happier with Rippling - try it out - the customer service is also amazing!

Rippling is the best tool for managing time for employees. It is very easy to use, immediately up to date and there with just a click of a button!
We use Rippling to process payroll, to onboard new hires, to offboard terminated employees, for time off requests, for spend management and for our company's organizational chart. Rippling has helped increase the velocity of our HR and accounting processes. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased as an organization with the software.
Pros
Rippling integrates with QuickBooks Online. As such, we no longer have to post our weekly payroll journal entry manually. The payroll journal entry syncs automatically from Rippling to QuickBooks Online weekly. This has helped saved our accounting department time.
The onboarding workflows in Rippling are terrific. We have been able to assign tasks to our team when we hire a new team member. This allows are staff to stay organized and it also helps ensure that all tasks are completed in advance of the new hires first day with the company.
We use the Rippling spend module to help manage corporate credit cards that are issued to staff members. When a staff member makes a purchase on their corporate card they receive a text message. Once the staff member receives the text message they reply to the text with a picture of the receipt and a memo describing the transaction. This process has helped alleviate the amount of admin time the accounting department spends on gathering receipts and information from card holders.
We really like the org chart since it can be accessed by all employees. This allows our staff to see who reports to who and what each employee's job title is. This allows for more effective lines of communication within the organization.

I can't think of any pain points that we have had with the product. We are very pleased with the products capabilities as a whole.

Rippling has been great for our HR and accounting staff. Rippling has helped create efficiencies in a number of areas. Specifically, it connects with QuickBooks Online. Since Rippling is able to connect with QuickBooks Online we no longer have to do a manual payroll entry with each of our weekly payrolls.
Employees now submit all of their time off requests via the Rippling app. Once a time off request is submitted the employee's manager must approve the time off request. Prior to Rippling staff members submitted their time off requests via a paper sheet.
We use Rippling as our main Human Resources management system. With Rippling us employees are able to see our benefits, clock in & out, view & submit vacation/PTO requests & get trained in new products & other HR related training. Rippling is very user friendly & I've not had any issues using the product. I highly recommend Rippling to every that needs a human resources management system as it is the best one I've used.
