Our company uses Rippling for the PEO services they provide. This includes payroll, HR and employee training. The HR support has been really great in response time and payroll is straight forward. One of the main features for our company is Rippling's ability to manage multi-state tax filings and manage contractors all under the same platform. The system is intuitive and employees receive consistent communications about notifications and reminders.

Rippling is overall a great system and offers many features that are professional and appropriated for small or larger companies. The system is intuitive and the transition onto the system is not difficult. I would say the best feature is Rippling's customer support. They are very responsive and also have a help center feature that provides relevant information for most issues. Our company had a very positive experience with the sales, implementation and onboarding representatives.

My company uses it to manage items including PTO and other time off; compensation management including payroll, commissions, taxes, and direct deposit; approvals, benefits; insurance management; forms; employee profile information storing; onboarding; occasional announcements; support; and likely more.

Rippling is great for HR management from the employee side. It makes benefit management, onboarding, payroll, PTO requests, and more very easy. It is clean and simple and intuitive to use.
For our company, as far as I am aware, Rippling has not been used for client invoicing, legal, recruiting, or internal messaging as we have other established or more convenient tools for these items.
I'm currently using Rippling as my HR platform. I use Rippling to request time off when I need it, and it gets approved extremely quickly. I also receive my payment via Rippling. And when my organization assigns me a course, I complete it via Rippling, which is extremely easy to use.

Rippling has a user-friendly platform that is easy to use and understand. Everyone can easily understand where each feature is located. When you receive your payment, you can set up automatic withdrawals, or if you prefer to do it manually, it's also easy to do. I also appreciate the fast approval you receive for time off when you request it.
Prior to Rippling we used ADP WorkforceNow, which allowed us to manage our US and Canada Team Members, and process payroll, however we needed a system that could offer more functionality and support. Rippling allows us to manage 2 companies across 3 countries, everything from recruiting to payroll, benefits and employee management. It's a single use platform that has transformed our HR processes, and will allow us to scale our company growth for years to come.

I did not expect Live Chat Support and Email Support when we moved to Rippling. Their Support team is quick and very knowledgeable. I have had multiple instances where we have gone back and forth on a situation to come to the correct conclusion, never feeling they were trying to just close the case unsolved.
Being able to manage employees from application to separation is huge. Having a built in ATS that we can hire candidates from directly, and immediately have their payroll, benefits and employee profile setup has saved me countless hours for each hire.
Rippling allows us to manage retirement plans across the US, Canada and UK with automation and file feeds. Before Rippling I manually managed these in multiple portals, now Rippling does it for me automatically.

Rippling does a great job sending notifications about different employer required tasks, but they aren't always very clear.
The ATS is great, and being able to review resumes, coordinate interviews, etc. in the system is great, but sometimes there can be roadblocks on filtering applications in the system.

I believe Rippling can benefit a company of any size. We have 2 entities built into the system and it has simplified all of the employee, payroll and benefit management that we did manually before. Rippling's system is intuitive and easy to learn, and could benefit any organization.
We use Rippling mainly to manage our payroll process. It helps us run monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. The system automatically calculates salaries, taxes, and deductions, which saves us a lot of manual work and reduces the chance of errors. It also handles compliance with local tax laws, which is very helpful.

We use Rippling in my company for payroll, time-off, and managing our benefits. It is a great platform to do everything, super handy to have all the important things in one site. I like how simple it is to request days off and how you can select who will be the one responsible for approving it. Also payroll is simple and for tax documents really easy to manage.

Payroll and time off are super easy to handle with this site, the GUI is intuitive and super user friendly.
We use Rippling for everything related with Human Resources tasks: employees contracts, benefits, payroll, expenses reimbursement, paid time off, organization structure, learning and development, interactive courses, calendar and API integrations. Rippling has a very well organized website and its own mobile application. The mobile application is very convenient for employees to perform Human Resources tasks without having to be logged in a laptop.

Rippling is well-suited for pretty much everything. It contains all the features and tasks that any Human Resources department needs. I would say that a huge pro is its mobile application. On today's highly competitive market, having a mobile app is crucial, specially for tech companies. I do not see any scenarios where Rippling is not appropriate. So far, I have not had an issue with any of the features I have needed to use.

I find Rippling extremely useful and helpful, especially when it comes to managing PTO, vacations, and stuff related to salary, taxes, pay stubs, etc. I like to have access to my information in one place, but what I love the most is being able to request PTO without having to send an email or talk directly to my supervisor.

As an employee, I found Rippling super helpful and easy to use to check my benefits and also have a nice overview of my available PTO. Another thing and the one I love the most is being able to request PTO trhough the app without having to reach out/follow up directly with my supervisors for the request and approval. Everything is done on the app and is reflected on our calendars which saves time and makes it easier.
Best HRMS App which has all things in one place like ITAM, IAM, HRMS, Performance management, Benefits and payroll management. It is very easy to use and Usability is best. The User Experience is a major plus of Rippling than its competitors. SSO Functionality is optimized with existing Identity provider, like microsoft, slack, google.
