For my organization we use Rippling mainly for employee benefits, payroll, and health insurance management and it has made it easy. By having the easy to use user interface I am highly encourage daily to manage my benefits as I need. With that as well I am easily able to adjust and use my sick time, PTO, and CME hours with ease.

Rippling should be greatly used in areas where there are many employees employed by a company that offers many benefits. By using Rippling employees will be able to easily manage their benefits. Rippling may not be ideal for areas of business where the company is either small or does not offer the employees many benefits.
I am an employee that uses Rippling for Direct Deposit and Insurance enrollment. We also use Rippling for PTO management. I check my Rippling weekly to see my payroll amount for what I have worked. I also use this application to put in my time off request for accrued PTO.

Rippling is well suited for Direct Deposit and Insurance enrollment. Other than this I have only used Rippling for PTO submissions.
I use Rippling for collecting my paycheck from my employer (Winter Comics). They use Rippling to onboard their employees and automate payroll distribution. I also use it to withdraw my paycheck to Wise. The problem Rippling is solving for us is the problem of foreign employment. The paperwork is complicated and payrolls are difficult and often associated with high fees. Rippling makes that process easier for both sides.

It was a bit of a hassle to verify my address due to my country of residence and its way of printing documents without addresses, but Rippling's support guided me through an alternate way of verification.

I can only say from the point of view that I've used the platform. I definitely haven't utilized the full functionality and features of Rippling, but from what I use it for, it is near perfect. As I've mentioned I use it to be employed as a contractor in a foreign company, so Rippling manages and automates payroll and contracts easily. Makes my and my employer's lives a lot easier.
From my perspective, we use Rippling for anything HR related. Our offer letters get stored there and any state related work posters, our pay stubs, our time off requests, our benefits, etc. We manage our FSA through there. Our office holidays are listed and updated there. Our sexual-harassment trainings are held through there I believe too.

Anything HR related. My entire three years of this company I've never run into an issue using the system from the get-go. It's been super easy. The paystub management is easy. The time off request is easy. Finding my offering letter or any other work documentation is easy. Managing how I want my paycheck split within Rippling is super easy.
I have used Rippling specially to sign and read documents when my company requires it and I have used to request PTO and to know the balance of vacations and PTO I have at the moment and to write the performance review for myself, also I used it to load expenses for my company.

I think Rippling is appropriate for companies that have employees that work from home and need to for example sign and read company documents or need to request vacations or PTO to their manager easily. Maybe is not so appropriate for smaller companies that work in the office and have more face to face interaction.
Our company uses Rippling for the PEO services they provide. This includes payroll, HR and employee training. The HR support has been really great in response time and payroll is straight forward. One of the main features for our company is Rippling's ability to manage multi-state tax filings and manage contractors all under the same platform. The system is intuitive and employees receive consistent communications about notifications and reminders.

Rippling is overall a great system and offers many features that are professional and appropriated for small or larger companies. The system is intuitive and the transition onto the system is not difficult. I would say the best feature is Rippling's customer support. They are very responsive and also have a help center feature that provides relevant information for most issues. Our company had a very positive experience with the sales, implementation and onboarding representatives.

For our company, as far as I am aware, Rippling has not been used for client invoicing, legal, recruiting, or internal messaging as we have other established or more convenient tools for these items.
