Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a chat support agent and we use Rippling for our time tracking , attendance and payroll. It addresses the issue we had from Upwork where there are deductions from our pay. In Rippling, we are able to get our full pay. Also, it helps me save up as I have the option to put a percentage of my salary to my other bank ..

Pros

  • The way of describing the process and status of our pay. It sets proper expectations in when are we receiving our pay
  • Attendance , it's easy to use. I also like the option to submit a change request
  • Bank Information. I like that it allows me to set up two banks and set up a certain percentage of my salary. This helps me save up

Cons

  • Pay stub. I just think it looks boring .
  • My goals. I think there's not enough info on how to use it
  • Review cycles. same with goals not enough info on how to maximize it
  • not that i know of
I get my whole salary on Rippling. No more deductions for us

Everything is good. Everything works well for the team. Features are good and it is easy to use
it helps me save up and budget my salary by allowing me to put more than 1 bank on the system. This way , i dont have to transfer funds from my regular bank to my savings account ..I think it made my life easier and convenient. And when I had an issue with my other bank i was notified by Rippling so i was able to change bank info and i got my salary same day
