Were still new but like what we are seeing...

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organization, we use ON24 for virtual events, webinars, and content hubs. It helps us efficiently reach large, targeted audiences, provide branded and interactive experiences such as polls and Q&A sessions. We are also able to integrate the platform with Hubspot in order to leverage its marketing automation tools to track leads and measure ROI. And...it provides a more 'elevated' user experience than most other platforms of its kind.

Pros

  • user experience
  • visual appeal
  • ability to increase the engagement level of those using the platform

Cons

  • there is a lot to learn as a new user - but that is to be expected

Return on Investment

  • we are still new and learning how to leverage the platform
  • i do wish the advanced analytics were included

ON24 - A nice refresh for our webinars

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ON24 to host webinars for business prospecting across our product portfolio and client training. Webinars are a key driver for new prospects for us.

Pros

  • Registration pages are easy to build and look clean
  • Console (audience view) offers many tools to use for presentations and to engage the audience
  • Reporting and analytics are robust and provide detailed reports that help us process attendees in our marketing database
  • Support team and responsive and helpful

Cons

  • UI is limited and it can be hard to find the button you are looking for
  • Without proper training, the studio view for presenters can be confusing
  • Technical integrations are more complicated to implement than previous webinar tools used in the past

Return on Investment

  • Unfortunately we only recently adopted ON24 so these are early observations and we are yet to pull hard numbers but we have seen a noticeable increase in registrants and participants
  • Our guest presenters have an easier time joining and using the tool
  • Far easier to use and setup webinars from a digital admin side

Take your webinars to the next level

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ON24 mainly for the Webinar functionality. We used to struggle with getting everyone together on the same dates for webinars on a monthly basis so the Simu-live functionality has been a game changer for us. Being able to record a webinar in advance when everyone's schedules are aligned and then broadcast it at a later date means if someone has an emergency meeting or needs to be on site we can reschedule and it doesn't affect the webinar and we aren't going out to a live audience.

Pros

  • Webinars
  • Simu-live Webinars
  • Resource library

Cons

  • It's not always obvious how to do something, it can be multiple clicks deep from where you'd expect it to be
  • Limited branding options
  • Everything has to go through ON24 you can't send videos or demos for people to use without going through ON24 for reporting purposes but can lead to a bad UX

Return on Investment

  • Increased overall number of webinars
  • Increased number of webinar registrations and attendees
  • Increased number of willing speakers

ON24 manages all of our webinars. The landing page for the webinar is created through ON24 which includes the registration form. It has an integration with Marketo, so all the registration data flows in seamlessly. We also host all the presentations and speaker logistics in ON24 so it's all managed in one place.

Pros

  • Ease of registration
  • Integration with other systems
  • Robust support system

Cons

  • Landing page customization
  • Presentation interface
  • Price

Return on Investment

  • Increased mid-funnel leads
  • Scaled brand reach

[...] increasing member enrollment

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The team at [...] relies on their event and field marketing channels to establish brand awareness and attract new members and retain existing clients. But in-person events were becoming costly, time consuming and limited the team’s ability to expand their reach to larger, global audiences. Event execution required the help of third-party vendors and made it hard if not impossible to capture and track valuable audience engagement data.

Pros

  • Personalized content to engage our members
  • Engage in a larger audience virtually
  • 50% increase in overall attendance rate

Cons

  • Sometimes due to webinar being on a "website" we run into our audience members having connection issues. This is something that is a user problem, we understand, but trying to figure out a way to avoid that.

Return on Investment

  • More inbound requests
  • Increased the number of events we are able to deliver by 400%
  • 2x increase in registration
