We have used ON24 for Live Virtual Event organizing. And we have used ON24 with Adobe Marketo engage to automate the Live webinar event. We are pushing Leads form Marketo to ON24 through Webhook Concepts. Once leads sync into ON24 then audience will easy to enter into virtual live event

We have used it for Many Live events in ON24 it was very nice experience that we integrated for live Virtual Event . Very easy to access and join live event through registered email id. And We have published on demand video for On demand session. Another one is once event is completed then Status will automatically and systemically updated in Third party softwares which is syncing and integrated with ON24.

We run highly engaged marketing webinars on our products and services. ON24 has allowed us to track and measure webinars used for lead generation and help us generate marketing-qualified leads. One of the reasons we chose ON24 is because it runs inside a browser without the need to download a piece of software for our customers.

There was a recent update within the past year where the UX designer or developer thought it would be best to wide all titles from the audience view until they placed their mouse on top of the window. That was the worst mistake, as we have a moderator script where we tell the audience what each of the tool bars are and they can’t grasp what the tool is without putting their mouse there. From an accessibility standpoint point, it’s back to 1999 when there was no laws about accessibility.
Number one above is a major pain point.
ON24 needs to do a better job of introducing features and soliciting feedback from their customers vs making a high impactful change like #1 described above.

Having a platform where you can engage customers. It’s not only about the presentation, the polling, and customer engagement allows us to get feedback from customers. A major win for us is that it requires zero software to be downloaded. Running it within the browser window is such a huge impact. When webinar providers have software involved there could be issues with the end user trying to install and run it due to security settings or software.
In our organization ON24 helps to integrate with the Marketo program and create webinars for the events. We create events in ON24 with ON24 event ID and use the event IDs in the campaigns using call webhook and integrate the Marketo programs. The main scope is that to create webinar meetings in ON24 and sent the emails in Marketo

Detailed analytics in every field include surveys, unique clicks, and downloads.
Registration details and multi-registration links in ON24 are very helpful and allow us to add additional registration fields and restrict certain domains.

One-click access to the help desk agent. This was easy before, but now it's a long process.
Video recording on Simulive is something that we look forward to, not just recording on slides.

Accessibility is very important to the ADA office as well as training. We are always looking for ways to be more inclusive. ON24 is an accessible option for virtual webinars and training events. It's a great cloud-based platform for webcasting as well. I like that it is easy to personalize to each company's needs.

It is well suited for training large groups of people, but I don't see it as well-suited for small groups of people. It is great for webcasts, webinars, and virtual training events. It's great for the environment but not as great for security. It's great for gathering data from participants, but maybe they don't want that information to be gathered.
We use ON24 for webinars throughout the year. We hold approx. 4-5 webinars per year for our members. We love the platform and would like to look into integrating it with our AMS. Once we have our new AMS in place, we will look to integrate with ON24. Platform is easy to use and looks very professional.
