Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling For our employees to Manage their Time Clocks and PTO as well as View their Pay checks and Benefits all in one place. There are about 40 employees here and we need a system like this to facilitate the communication of these things in a more efficient manor and official capacity.
Pros
- All employee benefits are in one easily digestible place
- Easily managed PTO system, not overly complicated. not overly simple
- Easy way for Employees to recommend people or apply for open positions through the recruiting tab
Cons
- Clock in process could be streamlined, not sure why people need to choose a job to clock in for when they only have the one on their account
- Purple and yellow color scheme is an odd choice but not a serious factor
- While I am not in a position to quote hard numbers at the moment this is the best HR management system we have tried
While ultimately selecting Rippling Was a decision made above my level and The other systems I have used were at other companies I can say There is just not a fair comparison, I actually had more companies to list here like Zamp HR but they aren't even included in your list which makes sense. I gett he feeling that Rippling is designed for much larger operations.
