Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company primarily uses Rippling as our HR portal and payroll platform. Some of the features that we use on a regular basis include:

- Selecting benefits
- Pay stubs & tax documents (i.e., W2)
- Requesting time off
- Learning materials


I only joined the company less than a year ago, so I cannot speak to the platform we were using previously as compared to Rippling in terms of the business problems it's helping us solve. However, I can speak to the intuitiveness of the platform which is really helpful.

The interface is very intuitive. As mentioned in a previous question, I've always been able to easily find any documents, help center articles, benefits info, etc. that I've been searching for within the platform without having to contact support or my HR representative.
I really like how Rippling takes a different approach to HR and payroll platforms than the traditional guys (you know the ones). Their branding is fresh and elevated, the interface is intuitive and easy to search for what you're looking for, and there's no fluff in the platform that distracts you from what you're trying to find.
