Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Core HR - Organization chart, Learning tasks, reports, tracking of MBOs, managing paid time off, list of all different kinds of leaves.
Employee Management System- employee personal information, banking information, Role information, Official documents related to job.
Financial records - Documents related to taxation, salary pay slips, Global Pay roll, annual renumeration, annual bonus.

Rippling has the best UI/UX design. Its very user friendly and easy to navigate. It acts as a single source of truth for all the organisation related information. All employee details can be accessed by the admin from the organisation. It is less complicated than others. It's like you are using 10 different tools in a single app.
I had a issue one time for not being able to sign in on Rippling via SSO. I contacted admin from our organisation and she escalated it to Rippling Support. It was within 15 mins, I was able to get the Authenticator code to access SSO. It was an excellent support provided by Rippling team.

Rippling is highly usable. You could be of any department in an organisation, still you would be able to use Rippling in your day to day work. Its Global Payroll and Core HR features are excellent. It helps in bringing transparency and compliance for all the employees. Helps a lot in tracking financial, HR and legal information.
Rippling is well suited for any organization where employee strength is from a range of 100- 10000+. As, you can clearly see through their org chart, who is reporting to whom and how many people comes directly under your manager and how all are your work peers. It is ideal for HR, Finance and Legal team in any organization, as they can easily access employee information across all departments.
