Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for managing company's payroll, benefits, time and attendance, employee trainings, 401K, etc. In order to streamline the process for HR related matters, Rippling is used by the company and employees, to monitor all from one platform. Single sign-on provides easy and fast access to the platform where you can view everything without needing to log onto different websites.

Pros

  • Time and Attendance - Company holidays, personal PTO management, direct-reports PTO management
  • 401K - does not require separate login ID if logged in through Rippling, takes you straight to the website
  • Easy to read paystubs - it provides detailed breakdown of the payroll deductions, easy to understand

Cons

  • Admin account and Employee account - it can be confusing which account to choose from if not instructed. It would be nice to have an indication
  • Can't find Commuter or FSA page easily
  • Does not indicate a hotline# on the portal
  • Make HR life a lot easier - Rippling does the most parts and HR person manages it from there
  • The company has recommendations from Rippling when the company needs change or wants to add more features to support the growth of the organization
  • Essential Employee trainings can be managed from Rippling as well instead of outsourcing it through a different channel
Rippling provides a better user experience compared to the other product that I used in the past. It's more user friendly and easy to look up most of the features. Rippling also provides recommendations on other features that are not currently in use but available to be used if the organization's needs have changed.
I tried contacting Rippling to verify something for the commuter benefit. I did not find a direct phone# I can call so I used the chat feature. It was not connected to a human, but it provided me with a phone# in the end. I was able to call and address the issue. It was smooth.

Yes

It is a great platform which provides users easy access to the tools they need to accomplish their goals. It reduces the stress level from company's HR while allow users to complete their tasks quickly. It does not require training to know how to maneuver the website, simple and straightforward.
Overall, I think Rippling is a platform that was built nicely with structures. The platform is user friendly where users can find most things without issues. I love single sign-on features that you can access all without registering them separately. I don't find anything less appropriate. However, there is always room for improvement, such as frequent used features can be pinned to the home pages at users' choice instead of Rippling's choice. Everyone has different roles and focuses on different matters.
