Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
We use Assembly Neos to look up cases and the corresponding case information. The product is essential in data management of all our files.

Cons
- Locating cases better if the name is spelled incorrectly
- An Easier way to tag emails and notes. You have to log in frequently.
- Syncing calendar dates with outlook better. Some dates might not show up.
They are pretty comparable. I mainly use Neos to search for cases and I do all of the actual case work in Microsoft SharePoint. There are others in the firm who only use Neos. I like Neos better because of the user-friendly interface it has, and quick access to the many files we have.
