Honest review.

It takes a while to learn how to use Neos. Now that I am familiar with it, I find it easy. However, I often hear complaints from coworkers about how they think Neos is too hard to understand. When you call Neos support, they are helpful, but only if they walk you through it, not when they send a long article.

When we create an intake, the process is straightforward and common sense. We have options to convert intakes to cases and to reject or send contracts to potential clients. However, I don’t like how the templates are set up; there has to be an easier way to organize our documents.
