Assembly Neos helping streamline work

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Assembly Neos on a daily basis to manage client files. With Assembly Neos and all its great integrations it makes it easy to complete my daily tasks. I can easily email, fax and text right from each case. It helps me be more accurate and efficient with my work. It greatly reduces my manual work with it's features and tools.

Pros

  • Document Automation saves me so much time when it comes to drafting letters for my cases.
  • Cloud accessibility is also great because sometimes I do need to work remotely and I never have to worry about not being able to access my cases.
  • Checklists are also another great feature because it helps me keep on track with all my files regardless of what stage they are in. I can quickly search for a specific task on all my checklists and see which ones need to be followed up on.
  • Dashboards customized for my caseload are also super helpful when tracking my work and tasks.

Cons

  • The ability to text clients right from their case is great but I would like to see a better system for the notifications of new texts messages. Maybe a separate tab that shows a number like the open messages tab shows me I have messages I need to address but the communications tab doesn't do that. Also being able to filter the text messages to see only those for my cases would be great instead of having to scroll through every case to find mine.

Return on Investment

  • Assembly Neos has streamlined our work and has helped us all be more efficient.
  • Assembly Neos is worth the cost and in my opinion is a valuable and necessary tool for our daily business management.

NEOS Assembly.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used NEOS for a year at our firm; we used it to manage our high case load of personal injury cases.

Pros

  • Neos has very good lists to work from.
  • Neos does very well at keeping files organized.

Cons

  • The lists that Neos has need to be updated and more accurate; a lot of the items are not useful.
  • Neos can be very difficult to use for someone that isn't tech savvy.
  • I wish that the notes and communications tabs were the same tab, there are almost too many tabs for information to be.

Return on Investment

  • We noticed that with Neos, it gave us more insight into what our employees were getting done and not, so this was a positive.
  • A negative was that because of how advanced Neos is, our attorneys had a hard time learning it, which caused lots of problems.

Everything need to manage cases in Neos.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I like to use NEOS to organize my deadlines and the expenses in my cases. Both can easily get away from you when not managed properly. The Outlook integration notifies me twice a day of all upcoming deadlines, while I get notifications of cases reaching max spending. The records tab lets me track all pending requests my assistant handled without me having to dig through our files and summaries to see what is pending and what has been obtained.

Pros

  • Generating memos that compile expenses, settlements, advancements, and medical incurred.
  • Easy integration with outlook and adobe.
  • Customizable fields for different deadlines.
  • Spreadsheets for every occasion.
  • Staying ahead of deadlines.

Cons

  • Creating different reports that meets criteria.
  • Organize the calendar by date. Seems to have a bug that doesn't allow it to do it properly.
  • I would like to organize the value tab easier.

Return on Investment

  • Staying ahead with integrated calendar entries.
  • Managing discovery deadlines.
  • Redefining the way expenses, costs, and fees are organized.
