Webex meetings, Webex Smart board, it has benefited to me in sense that having one brand for communication and collaboration, it was seamless to integrate and my data and contacts would just sync to all devices so I could always continue to work or join from any means of device I would have.

I think the Cisco WebEx Calling contact center, it's the good tool to have a full capabilities above the call center feature with Cisco WebEx Calling. I think it's a good compliment with the Cisco WebEx Calling parts.
