Currently using it as a UC platform, similar to Teams. It doesn't hold the same usage footprint as Teams, so adoption is slow and we're likely moving away from it.
Pros
Chat messages
Calling
Bounce to meetings
Cons
Integration with SharePoint
Room connectivity (getting better!)
Increased integration with all O365 ecosystem
Likelihood to Recommend
Setup time is much faster, where traditional "web conferencing" is desired. End user training is much easier.

Webex is a really good application for a big company or any company at that. This application has a chat section as well as a meeting section and a work calendar. It's really easy and straightforward to use. Each of the different sections allows you to do as you please with ease. In the chat section, look up the person you want to chat with, and there you go. In the Meetings section, you can have a meeting with a few people of your choosing or the whole company. Everybody invited would get an invitation. In the Calendar section, you can add and remove your schedule with whoever you choose and "invite" them to see it on their calendar
Pros
Meetings with video
chats with the whole company or a single individual
I use Cisco Jabber mainly for quick text conversations with colleagues. It cuts down on email traffic and isn't as distracting as phone calls as it allows the communicators to respond when able. Making phone calls with Cisco Jabber is very easy as the corporate directory is pre-loaded. You can see if people are available, ask if they are free to talk, and identify when people are out of the office, busy, or not to be disturbed.
Pros
Great for quick communication
No need to hunt out a phone number
Displays availability of colleagues
Cons
The hunt function isn't suitable for our organisation
Voicemail can be a bit clunky
The meeting element is very basic
It's being overtaken by MS teams, which is a pity because the communicator is much nicer/simpler on Cisco Jabber
Likelihood to Recommend
Great for quick communicator messaging and locating availability of team members

At the moment the whole company, uses Cisco Webex Teams, and the difference between an unconnected force and a connected one is huge.
Problems can be approached in a more efficient way and easily addressed. As an email based communication is so slow, and having tools such a Cisco Webex Teams promotes collaboration and is a better experience for us - the end users.
Pros
Group Communication
Virtual Meetings
Cons
Better separation of user groups

Webex Teams is suited for any situation. Having an easy way to communication makes everything is our business run more smoothly. Even for just internal use, it's a great tool. Hopefully some day our customers and partners can be united by Cisco Webex Teams - it would make our day to day so much easier.

Teams is used by the entire organization so that we can communicate more effectively. We use it for quick communications between 2 people, groups, as well as the entire company. We have created certain spaces that are for specific communications. For example, one space is specifically for Mac users and another for PC users created by the IT team. Each team and office has its own space.
Pros
Video calls with screen sharing capability.
Document sharing functionality.
Overall general communication platform for company-wide use.
Cons
It would be great if there was a way to pin your spaces to your dashboard so you can easily access them.
Better search functionality to find past conversations.
Integration with Webex Conferencing.

I really enjoy using Teams. It's a great tool for the company and we have received a ton of great feedback from multiple people within the company about how it has helped improve our communication. I use it all of the time for my 1:1 meetings as well as company-wide communications. Plus, it's been really fun for us as a company, we tend to share a lot of GIFs and memes!
