Ladders Recruiter
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Ladders has not been very beneficial for us. In my experience, the candidates I did have apply, were non responsive to us. I found this very hard to understand especially the level of positions we posted, all were executive or higher with large salary ranges. We did not result as one hire and only had one interview that was a product of Ladders. Do not recommend it. It did not serve our needs. It might be great for a bigger corporation.
Pros
- It does have a large applicant base
- It seemed to have qualified users
Cons
- The response rate of the candidates(but that isn't Ladders fault)
- Only one user can access the account which does not serve us well as we have several people that work on Executive positions.
- From experience, The ability to get candidates to respond to you was awful
Most Important Features
- The data base of high level candidates
Return on Investment
- None. We got no ROI with Ladders
