This is one of the most efficient tools we have today as this serves as the bridge of communication between our team and customers/members.

Personally this onboarding has not been great. While the team is friendly we have experienced bugs, what feels like daily issues, and have to create our own workarounds. I feel like the platform is not as intelligent as it is pitched.
