Highly secured access management platform by Okta. Simple to use and add accounts on multiple platforms for quick secure access. Extremeley smooth SSO experience, UI is simple , easy to understand and do configuration.

Pros

  • Usage is very simple and no pre learning is needed to use this tool.
  • Seemless integeration experience.
  • 2FA works well with normal id and password too.

Cons

  • Based on usage and production the price of the product fluctuate which is little bit a concerned thing.
  • Customizable but different personalized customizations are difficult to handle and add.

Pros

  • I only need to remember one passphrase to access everything, which saves me time and stress.
  • It integrates easily with other platforms using SAML and supports smart MFA with granular policies.
  • The UI is clean and simple, and features like smart hooks and role mapping make it powerful for admins, too.

Cons

  • Once it went down for a whole day which disrupted my business apps.
  • Support can be slow to respond.

I used Auth0 to integrate social logins and email/password authentication across multiple apps and the API integration was quick and easy and it saved us a lot of development time.

Pros

  • Auth0 supports biometric authentication and passkeys, which really saves time on multi-factor security setups
  • their universal login and social login flows made the sign-in experience smooth for users
  • the documentation is clean and made integration easier without needing to write tons of custom code

Cons

  • expensive
  • the free tier felt limited when testing more advanced use cases
