Customizing Auth0 requires enterprise-level plan which our budget won't allow, that's why we are using Auth0 only for Google provider. … Pricing should be introduced like pay for what you use on services level.

Auth0's pricing is also much cheaper than AAD if you only use the basic features (without MFA, etc.).
