This platform has centralised the way in which we administer training. Previously we used multiple systems and various formats and Absorb has made training and administration for learning accessible and consistent. It has solved our reporting, encourages engagement and is great for scalability.

Absorb LMS is the platform that we have used to build out and deliver training for mandatory compliance programs internally and for client training externally. Because we are tangentially a health services organization, the requirements for HIPAA compliance are stringent and annual. A third training function that Absorb LMS provides for us is internal training for new employees in the functions and systems that they will be working with.

We have found the Absorb LMS platform to be particularly well-suited for delivering our internal compliance training and mandatory annual compliance reviews. It has also served us well in creating and delivering documentation training to our clients' employees. On the downside, it is somewhat cumbersome for new learners to get started on the platform.
The City of Roswell uses Absorb LMS for Compliance Training. This is important because it helps employees understand all the relevant laws, regulations and internal policies that govern the function of the City. With over 1,000 employees divided into multiple departments, we needed a learning management system that enables us to disseminate, track and report on a regular basis to ensure that we maintained 100% Compliance. This is complicated with ongoing New Hires, and Absorb LMS is so easy to use that we can easily keep up with the ongoing demand.
