Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Karen is great! She always answers me right away. Even if it takes her a while to get an answer, she is on the ball ASAP. Now that the new platform is in place, I have had no problems. With the old platform, I had so many problems and they never fixed them and would never address them with me. I emailed them many times with no response at all.
Very easy to use and understand. Very straight forward and user friendly.
TriNet does our payroll and our medical insurance and workman's comp. It handles our 401k plans. Any problems with employee questions I know they will have an answer for me. I am the only one who uses TriNet.

Pros

  • The consultant they give you is very knowledgeable. Can help with all problems.
  • The new platform is very user friendly.
  • The webinars and seminars they offer are very good and on point to what companies today face as issues of today's problems.

Cons

  • When problems in their platform do not work, it takes them a long time to fix.
  • The 401k plan when bringing over from another company is not an easy transfer.
  • Payroll is way more accurate.
The others had no personal representative to help me. I did not like it at all.
We are a small company. This works well for us. I an not sure how TriNet would handle a large company since I have no experience with that. Since I am small, Karen, my representative is great and can handle every problem I have ever brought to her.
