Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our current HR representative is great. She always finds time to squeeze us in and provides help immediately.
I find the platform difficult to use and usually have to call support to get the help I need.
Our startup uses Trinet for HR services, Payroll, and Healthcare. It is being used for all employees at our company. It helps us with hiring, firing, paying employees and providing our employees with great healthcare.

Pros

  • Great way to outsource HR. Our HR rep helps us handle things that we are not skilled in doing. Example- how to document when an employee is not behaving correctly.
  • Great health benefits. As a small company healthcare rates with would be much more expensive.

Cons

  • Creating our employee handbook. We would have like a personal employee handbook not one from TriNet.
  • Trinet helped with HR support/compliance within our company.
Trinet offered better customer service and the healthcare was better.
Trinet was great when we were managing our employees. We are not educated in the HR support and Trinet was really helpful.
