Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for Payroll, HR guidance and processing of employee reimbursements across the whole organization. Business problems [it addresses] - Processing of payroll, payroll tax requirements, HR policies, time off tracking, and systematic/timely reimbursement of employee reimbursements.
Pros
- Systematic way of handling and timely payment of reimbursements.
- Platform for handling payroll and payroll tax needs is solid. Reporting is okay.
- HR support is so-so but better then nothing.
Cons
- Creating custom payroll reporting is daunting.
- At times get contradictory advice from within TriNet.
- Not current on changes on HR and other issues that could affect clients Finances. Needs to be more proactive with guidance concerning payroll matters.
- We don't have to worry about anything to do with payroll meaning we can focus more fully on our core business.
- We like the way we reimbursements are handled and how it is integrated with our accounting system - QuickBooks Online.
- Not sure if TriNet can scale along with our growth. What if we decide it is time to bring HR internally? We would not want to pay extra for services we no longer need - services that are bundled with the cost of going with a PEO.
I have not used any other PEO as extensively.
