Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

They are responsive to my questions
TriNet handles our payroll, insurance and HR needs, both Federal and for State. We have been with TriNet for 5 years or so and find them to excellent to work with. Their service is excellent and the people extremely helpful. Having their services provides me with extra time to focus on the company. Previously, we handled these functions separately and it was time consuming. WIth TriNet, I can focus more time growing our small business.

We are a small business, performing R&D in energy systems. In the past, we had several firms that over time consolidated into new companies and had to transition to these new companies. Additional, being small, we did not meet the minimal requirements to bring health insurance and also 401K plans, therefore we had to do this separately which took a lot of time. With TriNet we have one stop shopping with tremendous availability and choice.
I connect with lots of other small businesses. I have already passed along TriNet's information.
