Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Because it's frustrating that they don't care about their customers because of their scale.
[It's used for] outsourced HR including payroll and benefits.

Pros

  • Onboarding process

Cons

  • Poor customer service on multiple occasions
  • Pricing can vary depending on your own negotiation skills
  • Escalation takes weeks to care and follow up
  • Eliminated my need to hire an HR person as I can use their resources
  • Eliminated my need to hire immigration lawyers though I'm not sure of the quality of theirs
  • Eliminated my need to calculate payroll
I didn't select Trinet but may be selecting their replacement soon.
Really small customers perhaps but now there are other compelling options in the market
