Has anyone at TriNet ever used the on-line system?

Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
It's being used by the whole US organization (and Canada soon) to provide benefits, manage payroll and provide reporting.
Pros
- Very good customer service on the phone (though don't really need that "Is there anything else we can help you with?").
- Good benefit options.
Cons
- UX is pretty awful - looks very 20th century and there is little thought about how a user uses system.
- System is very slow.
- Payroll is very clunky & quirky. Data uploads not easy - I find it easier to do by hand.
- Employer main contact very inconsistent - goes from useless to very good. I have never even spoken with our senior account rep and I've been here for 7 months.
- Allows small company employees to get good benefits
- Namely and ADP
- Namely - much better interface
- ADP is global (but too expensive)
