Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rippling manly for the same purpose as other HR applications. We book time off with our vacations / personal days, we approve time off for the members of our team. We verify our paystubs to make sure everything is in order. Being able to see our benefits is also a huge plus. Everything is well organized and well placed so it makes it easy to search exactly what you are looking for.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Benefits are well presented and catergorized
Vacations balances are clear
Switch between admin / employee account super easy
"Icons" to select either time off / pay is excellent, like apps on a phone

Cons

Interface is a little blend. Lots of waste spaces
Not sure if this is on us but paystubs takes a long time to appear
Little summarizations when the mouse is over the icons to explain what it is.

Usability

I would put the overall usability at 8. It meets all the basics requirement for a normal usage. Either for booking time off, verifying paystubs, checking time off balances and etc. Everything is well organized (even too much some could say since a lot of information is into sub categories), the interface is clear but feels little bit off since there's a lot of blank spaces. For general usage, Rippling meets everything that is needed.

Rippling meets all the basics requirements an employee needs on a daily basis. Taking time off with either personals or vacations, verifying paystubs, checking our time off balances to plan the new year ahead. Everything is well organized (maybe too much as sometimes I feel like we have to "dig" a lot to get to the information we need). But overall for a simple usage of what was described above. I would recommend Rippling as I do not see any major problems.
