Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a POE, so we can leverage greater benefits for our employees. We are a small company and cannot get great deals from insurance and benefits providers. By tacking onto Rippling's products, we can take advantage of the scale of a much larger company to give our employees the package they deserve.

Better benefits overall and lower price to us. The key facotr for us to make this decision was twofold. First, what is the total cost to the company. In this aspect Rippling placed first. Second, was the benefits and options provided to employees, in which Rippling also placed first. Once we determined that, there was no more discussion needed.
I have not worked with the product support for Rippling, so I cannot comment on this. However, the discussion on benefits packages with experts to help explain the product with employees is top notch. This is a confusing field, so having someone to explain the products is important, since not everyone understands them outright.

It is very usable, just log in and onboarding takes you step by step through the whole process.

So far I have not had to go into any of the advanced features of the application, but the documentation I have found makes me not worried about having to navigate the app in the future.
It is great for small companies that need to provide the best benefits but are not in a good negotiation position with the benefits providers.

Rippling is probably not suited for a much larger organization that has the resources to develop their own benefits packages with insurance and benefits providers. The overhead of Rippling in that case would make the product not make sense for such companies.
