Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

A places for employees to conduct the most important workflows without needing to leave for any other tool/site. As a growing company we constantly try to pick the software stack that is perfect for our size/scale but also flexible for changes - whether they are about adding new features or removing/changing existing workflows.

Pros

  • Benefits programs which are easy for admin as well as employees
  • Notifications about upcoming, pending actions or items to be mindful of.
  • Single signons into the ecosystem of other tools we use

Cons

  • Org charts - with more org history and detail are beneficial. A view to show color coding between levels/emp types
  • A quick chat bot to answer basic questions about benefits. Navigation to find answers feels like too many clicks.
  • Saves time by ~50% in admin
  • Good feedback on the change, UI/UX, by 80% of the emps
RIppling feels flexible, innovative and enterprise like while being a very powerful under the hood.

Clean interface, not getting a feeling of clutter/overwhelming detail.
Good separation on concerns when it comes to workflows - keeping good focus on the tasks performed.
Payroll, Benefits, Org are very user friendly.
Suitable for growing businesses to start off, from 50-500 people range and then be less concerned about becoming too large like 2k+.
Needs knowledge/expertise/time to keep setting up the org, LoA etc - comparable to other tools but not ground breaking.
Partners programs are good but need to search through and find details on each of them, so discovery is an issue.
