Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has essentially become an all-in-one HR solution for our company. I personally use it to request time off, submit expenses for reimbursement, take required courses and view my benefits. As a user, it is very intuitive and secure. My login access always has 2FA so I know my account is secure. It's very convenient to have one platform like this so we can avoid using different software for other use cases.

Pros

  • Security to prevent unauthorized access
  • Integrated with Google and other company software
  • Organized efficiently

Cons

  • When I log in, show me a quick snapshot of upcoming days off, next pay date, etc. so I don't have to navigate to each of those sections.
  • Saves us money, because everything is integrated into one platform
  • Helps us better manage our PTO by sending reminders if we haven't taken PTO in a while
HR has contacted Rippling for support in the past and they have always been quick to resolve issues.

Logging in and getting to where I need to go takes just a few clicks. This is exactly what I need as an employee to better use my benefits.
Well suited for a company that prefers to have HR features integrated into one platform. Possibly less appropriate for an organization that prefers to have an in-house solution. It's also ideal for organizations that like some element of customization, as Rippling lets us choose which courses employees need to take (for example, onboarding courses).
