Pros

  • Rippling is user friendly, as we can navigate the tool easily.
  • Rippling has a phone application as well that really helps you to log in, log out or take a break specially if you are away from your computer or laptop.
  • Rippling provides us update regarding our pay.
  • Rippling is always sending us an email if there are surveys or goals that we need to answer.

Cons

  • They can add an app directly to the PC, so we won't use web anymore.
  • Rippling should have some option to add some background in each profile.
  • Nothing else that I can think of.
  • Personally, it has positive impact as it is very user friendly.
  • Rippling has a lot of uses (payrolls, attendance, goal management, HR management, etc.)
  • Rippling gives us ability to see our company's mission, vision, and philosophies.
I only have called once. They have a call center located in India. The people are truly helpful and helped me fixed my problem. They are very responsive and techy enough to know what causes the problem of my Rippling. The only thing that I didn't like and still needs improvement is when they spent an hour to fix my problem.

I am very happy to use Rippling. It has a large use to our company. I think it is one of the best tool or application that I have used because of its easy features that employees really don't need to be techy to use it. Love to use them for a long time!
Rippling is a great tool with great capacity that really helps employees in our daily job. It helps us to easily log in, log out, and even take a break. It helps us check out attendance sheet on that specific cut off and give us an update regarding our payroll. It helps us be updated with what's happening in our company like if there's birthday and anniversary celebrations. Overall, I really love to use it.
