Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling daily as as my payroll tracking for time management, pay, taxes, time off, holidays. My scope of use is a staff employee fulfilling daily operations, tasks, and demands.

Pros

  • Clocking in/out
  • Submitting paid time off
  • Tracking hours and pay

Cons

  • A lot of steps to submit hours, could be quicker
  • Less typing with tracking hours
  • Postive impact on payroll tracking
  • Postive impact of payroll management
  • Positve impact on communication of employee benefits
I think Rippling is better and more user friendly. I prefer Rippling. I did not personally select Rippling, my company did. However, I would recommend Rippling to other companies for payroll use.

Very easy to use and learn. Has an app as well for additional convenience and tracking. I use the URL and app interchangeably. Usability is an area I would highly vogue for in regards to Rippling.
Well suited for company payroll tracking and management. Serves the purpose well for any company needing payroll services and tracking. I cannot think of any scenarios where it would be less appropriate. It is a software I would recommend and serves it's purpose for my role and involvement well. No complaints.
