Rippling is used for Human Resources and payroll. It keeps track of employee data, time off requests and taxes.

I used ADP for Human Resouces and Payroll. Rippling is far superior in both data tracking and ease of use.

Rippling is very easy to use and very self explanatory.
Rippling has exceeded my expectations in notifying employees of retirement off requests and supervisor approval. It is very user friendly. It would be helpful to have a side bar that would show company policy regarding time off.
