Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to process my team's biweekly payroll. I also use Rippling to have the team request pto, request changes to errors on their time reporting, etc. I am also able to see anniversary dates and things that are important for me to remember to acknowledge them. I use Rippling at least twice per day.

Pros

  • Tracks time off
  • Sends me emails when there are recording errors
  • Reminds me of important dates

Cons

  • Rippling does not always work when approving a change request
  • I'm not able to measure the ROI but it aids me tremendously in my day to day activities on tracking my team's time management.
Rippling is more advanced than Paylocity was. It gives me more information and reminds me of important dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries. It's easier for my maintenance team to use as well. Rippling has better time management tools than Paylocity did. It also sends reminders when auto insurance renewal policies need to be uploaded.

Rippling is very user friendly. It's pretty much self explanatory.
Rippling is a great tool to use for tracking team members that do not clock in and out and/or do not clock in and out for lunch. It makes it easy for me to adjust these errors as well. It's my go-to when I need to do a performance evaluation on a team member.
