Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for a streamlined workforce management by using its HR process. The use cases are : Employee onboarding, Benefits Administration, Time Tracking and Attendance, Compliance and Reporting and HR Management which basically focuses on employee data, performance reviews for easy management and analytics. We would be adapting more use cases in the future but for now it is an excellent start.

Well beyond expectations. I use Keka HR in my previous job role as an employee which I thought was good but as soon as I started using Rippling I think this is great. The limitations in KEKA are part of the Rippling. I hope to see my company adapt more use case in the future to make it a one stop point for us employees.
