Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our HR platform and I have found it incredibly easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and filling out information is simple with clear concise forms. I use it for requesting vacation time, enrolling in benefits, and reviewing my Paycheck.

Pros

  • User Interface is clean and intuitive
  • Forms are simple and concise
  • Navigation is easy and fast to find what I need

Cons

  • It was a bit difficult to find my insurance plan documents directly on the site.
  • Rippling helps our company manage all the aspects of HR. I am an end user so don't know the business impact.
I used Oracle at my previous job and Rippling is MUCH easier to use and much more user friendly. Navigating Rippling is so much faster and it is just incredibly simple to find what I need. It's also quickly and easily accessible on a mobile device which is an added bonus!

This is where Rippling really outshines the competition. It's easy to see how much effort was put into the user interface / user experience. Navigating the platform is simple, fast, and intuitive. Accessing or updating information is extremely quick and straightforward. One of the best web applications I have used to date.
Rippling is so easy to use and is extremely approachable for those who are not very tech-savvy. It's great for quickly implementing the basic Human Resources necessities such as payroll, paid time off, and the various benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, etc. Everything is centralized in a user friendly platform that is clean and intuitive.
